His shares is experience and expertise on the commercial side of appraisals as well as his knowledge of the different asset classes in the commercial real estate world! 

Mel and Ernie go over a few common terms in the real estate world that most buyers and seller might not know or understand. They review a dummy of a real estate investor claiming he encountered a realtor who broke the law, and Ernie goes over what exactly is an offer.
